Gaye Reed and Megan Gallardo come together to guide a special 2-hour workshop to connect to the inner creative. You are the artist and life is your canvas. As an artist, we draw inspiration from the many avenues of the world around us. This workshop is around finding and cultivating a deeper relationship to that well of inspiration through reflection, breath work, music and movement. We are going to tap into that artist using these avenues as the “paintbrushes,” while our mats will be the canvas. We will be prompting thought provoking questions to call in an intention for the workshop + giving space for share time. **We ask that each participant bring a pen and journal with them.** You will leave this workshop with greater confidence within your own practice as a yogi. You will walk away with a refreshed inspiration on how to weave the relationship of movement, music, breath and mindfulness together on the mat.
