Yes, you can hold sessions for as little time or as much time as you want. But as you know one-on-one in-person coaching is recommended for 15 minutes during the in-center class flow, and that is how long we are holding online coaching sessions as well. At first students might need more time to get used to using the online platform. Please be advised that since our sessions are booked back-to-back (with a 5 minute break between each session), we are unable to extend your session any longer than 15 minutes. But please feel free to request a make-up or special session for a future day if need be. We will do our best to accommodate.
