Am I too old to start martial arts training?

We don't think so! This is all at your own pace, your only competition is you :). During our many years of running martial arts schools, we have had students and competitors of all ages!

How much does it cost?

Membership is only $75 per month and that includes ALL classes! We have personal training packages as well. Check out our prices page for more details. There are no contracts or startup fees so come in and start training today!

Do you offer Personal Training?

Yes. We love working one on one with our clients to help them reach their goals! We have discount personal training packages available for those that are ready to commit to being the best version of themselves! Check out our prices page for more details on Personal Training packages.

I work in an office & cant get injured, can I still train?

Absolutely. Our Executive Programs are designed specifically for you! You get all of the drills that a professional fighter would get without the concern of contact from sparring. Contact us to book your Executive Personal Training session today
