Our recreational program is designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness using gymnastics skills, while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere. We believe in developing a successful gymnast both physically and emotionally. As such, recreational classes are designed to build gymnastics skills through progression.
