The WPF community is so welcoming and encouraging. The trainers are knowledgeable and really care about your progress. This gym is honestly the best one I've been able to experience in the area. It doesn't matter your current fitness level, once you join there is no doubt that you will improve and become your best self. The trainers and staff are always finding ways to keep members excited and involved in upcoming events. I've never been excited to workout after work, but since joining WPF I find myself looking forward to workouts and interacting with the members. So if you're considering checking out this gym, I assure you you won't be disappointed.

I've been a member of several Cross Fit gyms, I really like this one.
The community of members and coaches have made it more than just going to the gym for just a workout.
Great trainers that truly care, an AWESOME community consisting of all ages/different workout journeys and WO Ds that push you out of that comfort zone!
Cross Fit is for everyone, at any level of fitness; every workout is customized to your fitness journey.
Randy’s coaching is next level and the people make it feel like family!
Whether you are permanently in the area, or traveling and need a place to get some great circuit training classes or Cross Fit, WPF is a great option.
The coaches and members at WPF are a true family and they make something that started out as a little intimidating feel very comfortable.
I am so fortunate to be able to start my day at 5:30am with these wonderful folks that I now call my friends!
Have been a member for 7 years and still loving it and making progress every day!
