It's simple, keeps you moving and will give you a challenge! 2. Get to know the staff at the gym. Don't be afraid to ask for help, or to get advice from a personal trainer at the facility. If they don't want to give you advice, and seem to nickel and dime you for their time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. That's what we consider a toxic gym. 3. Before you hit the weights get yourself pumped up!! Perspective is everything! Instead of telling yourself, " ughh I have to do this today" Why not say, " I'm so grateful to be able to do this today!" or " I'm only getting better, Today, I'm going to push myself harder than anyone else in there." Again, Perspective is EVERYTHING!!
