Amazing gym, I’ve been attending for about 3 weeks now and have seen a huge improvement, Coach Mark is respectful & easy to understand, and all the students are friendly.
The instructors and people are all very friendly, and the moves are taught in an easy and clear to understand manner.
Mark and his people were very welcoming and helped me acclimate back into the training fold with no issues.
Kickboxing is a blast and the Ju jitsu is humbling, you learn so much in every class.
Started taking my kids here 1 month ago, and I have already seen increased discipline, confidence, and respect while decreasing attitude and laziness.
