When I walked into the studio all my stress was released.
The teachers are so kind and welcoming, and teach through their unique lens, making every class different and engaging.
I'm not usually a yoga person 'whatever that means' but after many years of running and life stress I needed to start yoga and I'm glad I found it here.
The studio itself is very welcoming, with some plants here and there, a brick backdrop, some art and what smells like palo santo.
I love the unique classes and workshops like Naked Yoga, Tarot and Flow, Reiki and a monthly Sound Bath.
Lovely atmosphere, thoughtful teachers, many class offerings!
