Having gone to a wide range of the classes they offer, I can say there is truly something for everyone!
It is a small intimate atmosphere, the heated space has good dim lighting and a calming vibe, the instructors are very down to earth and unpretentious, and the prices are very good.
Such a welcoming group and a wonderful experience for a beginner!
The instructors are friendly and definitely make you feel like you belong, which has allowed me to venture outside of my comfort zone and try the various types of yoga offered here.
First time doing hot yoga and I couldn’t of asked for a better class or instructor the environment absolutely wonderful.
