Without question, Tess has and will continue to change the world. Tess' yoga is so beautiful because it connects to our souls in addition to being a beautiful symphony of unique poses with the Tess flair. She is a true gift to this world and the magical moments I have known her have changed my life and will change the lives of others.

Plus, the knowledge nuggets she provides mixed with the curiosity she brings to each moment spreads throughout the room so much that everyone seems to leave with a joy for simply being a human in a body.
She has a relaxed, calming presence and provides gentle guidance with just the right amount of information about what we were working on and why it was beneficial.
I have been lucky enough to have her as my online yoga teacher since the beginning of the pandemic, and not only is she a wonderful instructor, but it has been delightful to have her kindness, wisdom, and fun sense of humor in my life every week.
She's truly thoughtful on how she approaches each session and (out of the 3 times I've been to her so far) I've always had a different, unique experience each time.
New students always stay later to speak with Tess about how amazing here classes are and how she is able to affect such great change in an hour.
