Thrive Pilates & Yoga
Dress comfortably in something you can move freely in. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates reformer--but not required. Bring a water bottle (or purchase one of ours! ). For yoga, we recommend you bring your own mat — but if you need to borrow one, we've got you covered! You may borrow a mat for free on your first visit, and rent one for $5 each visit after, or pay $25 for one month of unlimited rentals. Students on an auto-pay membership receive free mat rentals. Alternatively, you may purchase a mat in our studio to keep! For Pilates, we provide mats.

Its always a great workout and some of the yoga classes nourish me spiritually for the week
Great studio with lovely instructors and plenty of gentle yin classes.
I love the music she plays, the gentleness yet intensity of the movements she chooses, and emphasis on control and posture.
Victoria's flow class is an incredible, creative workout that borders on a power class, Julie's yin class helps me wind down, have a great stretch session, and keep the workweek stress at bay, and Jessi's power yoga class is sort of the "boss level" that really challenges me and kicks off my day with a rush of feeling accomplished.
Despite the excellent classes and instructors like Maggie, the studio's administrative shortcomings detract from the overall experience, suggesting a need for improved communication methods and more diligent administrative oversight.
The owner, Hally, is so attentive and passionate about her studio and there is no other place like it!
The instructor made it easy to follow as a first timer.
I wish I could take reformer classes here everyday
I liked the flow of her class and the spiritual and philosophical aspect to it as well which is missing in most yoga classes unfortunately as of late in the Philly area.
