I was nervous going into my first class as a complete newbie, but Sergia is one of the most welcoming and nicest people and I was at ease as soon as we started. I signed up for the class to get back my self-confidence and feel good about my body again, and left class feeling like I got a part of myself back that has been missing this past year. I've already signed up for the next level of classes and can't wait to get better!

The taster workshop, as well as pole 101, is easily accessible to all fitness levels (or even individuals who have never worked out in their life), all body types welcome, and no prior dance experience required.
Everyone was friendly and inviting and the instructors, Hallea and Carrenne, did an excellent job of modeling each move and coaching us each step of the way.
Tricks like "oh just look this way" or "just bend your knee a bit" and suddenly you're doing very cool things.
Pole is for anyone no matter how physically strong you are.
I booked a private pole dancing class for a bachelorette weekend with Halea and it was one of the most fun experiences we have ever had!!
