Fabulous! ! We booked a cooking class and dinner for 4 people. Chef Tammy was so knowledgeable and she made cooking seem so simple! It was like cooking with a friend. We had a great time and the food was yummy! ! We had stove top smoked salmon, grilled steak with chimichurri sauce, rosemary roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and avocado chocolate mousse. Delicious! ! We highly recommend the Green Kitchen! !

We had bbq, cheesy grits, a watermelon feta salad just to name a few highlights.
We went as a group of 9 and she had different stations set up for us to prep and cook the food together while she was teaching us how to cook!
She helped us coordinate a surprise party for my mom and really made the whole event special.
All enjoyed the deviled eggs, chicken salad croissants, ham biscuits, caprese salad and fruit.
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to do something different this year.
Chef Tammy was amazing with helping us set up a great meal, and went above and beyond when we wanted to expand the menu.

I have a number of intolerances and allergies- gluten, alliums included - and finding flavorful foods and substitutes while cooking has been a challenge for me - she accommodated it all so deliciously.
My favorites are brunswick stew, turkey lasagna and the pomegranate pork meal.
She can do paleo, whole 30, and delivers gift meals to my friends who are new parents and makes the most delicious “devil brownies” you will ever taste.
