I have never been to a yoga studio before, but my visiting cousin convinced me to drop in and check out this class with her.
The variety of yoga classes is wonderful and the teachers are knowledgeable and guide you through each position with encouragement and care.
The Mysore practice in the early morning is phenomenal and a great way to take your practice to the next level.
The outside of the building has a classic urban look, the inside has been transformed into a beautiful and peaceful space.
There were modifications available for those of us that needed them, and I felt very comfortable trying what I could.

All the teachers I’ve been lucky enough to practice with are elite instructors and each have their own great style without being pretentious.
Chris Wilkinson is an amazing guide and the class was the perfect amount of hot and deep stretching.
