It’s a great environment!
She truly makes the experience beautiful with her soothing voice, articulate guidance and superb timing that allowed me to push a little more, take a little break, or just be.
For me it’s important to do the poses correctly, so I will be looking for a teacher, however the vibe and the studio itself is amazing.
Definitely helps me relax with these classes.
This is more than a gym or studio, it is an uncommonly warm and supportive community that will grow you physically and mindfully - if you are open to it.
