I regret not finding Soca BJJ several years ago. Bruno and Lika create a welcoming environment with a great sense of community. I've found the BJJ instruction top-notch, and the friends I've made and the community helps keep me motivated to continue to train. I highly recommend Soca to anyone looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, or to just make new friends.

Soca is kid friendly and the “family culture” is felt everyday she steps on the mat.
I joined this martial arts school in late 2022 and since joining they treated me as if I belonged, it's like a big family where everyone is working towards getting better and helping you get better.
Such an amazing place to be and train.
Everyone is friendly and helps each other.
Whether you are young or old (like me) experienced or inexperienced , SBJJ is a place you can comfortably grow in the art and see progress on & off the mat.
I drive 14 miles every day to train here because absolutely love this academy!
My daughter truly enjoys her classes and looks forward to attending them.
My son and I both have been taking jiu jitsu classes here since last year and the coaching and facility and community are wonderful.
They have a Gym, Free Weights, Punching Bags, Muy Thai Classes and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes for every Level.
I loved my previous academy because the of the professor’s approach and style of teaching, the family like atmosphere.
