
I reached out to Shawna for personal training sessions to lose a little weight but primarily to gain muscle tone, definition and tighten everything. We accomplished it all with her knowledge and attentiveness, she put a plan together that met all of my goals and whipped me into shape. Each week was exciting and fun working with different muscle groups and learning new movements and equipment while seeing much improvement in the transformation of my body. She always left each session giving me the tools I needed to equip me to maintain my workouts in between our training which is very empowering. Shawna is a great asset in helping anyone at any age in achieving their health and fitness goals. I am grateful for her.
