Went in for a trial sanda class--which was completely outside of my comfort zone--and was blown away by the amount of support and encouragement not only from the instructor, but from the more experienced students in the class as well.
A great opportunity for boys and girls to develop confidence, strength, and self defense.
He has very profound insight on Martials arts period and will transform your mind.
Classes are led with a great mix of serious coaching and humor , if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
The only thing hardcore about this gym is the work you’ll do there and the martial arts and fitness knowledge of Sifu Chris and Si Hing Jolon.
The confidence that their classes give our kids is amazing!
If you’re looking for a life changing experience to include both positive motivation and discipline I would highly recommend this gym.
From traditional Kung Fu to competition preparation, after school programs, summer camps, seminars, fitness classes, performance troupe and more---this is a true academy of learning, expression and personal growth!
