I’ve been coming to selah yoga for a couple years now and it has changed my life

If you are at all nervous about starting a new place and worry about feeling judged, you can absolutely come here for thoughtful practice and just might end up leaving with new friends!

Truly a studio of inclusivity where anyone walking in the door can find their voice and connection with others.

Great passionate for the art and the students instructors, a nice little community.

I am typically not a yoga person… but taking Risha’s classes ALWAYS leave me feeling so much better!!

It is a spiritual practice here if you are looking for a traditional practice.

Risha gives her entire heart to her students, I always leave feeling stronger physically and emotionally!

I took a break from yoga after having my daughter and was nervous about returning to my practice with a changed body, but I'm so grateful to have found Selah and Risha, who are helping me re-discover and re-introduce myself to my post-baby body.

I’m personally a fan of slow, intentional movements and focusing on working through emotional, physical, and spiritual obstacles.
