Each of our three yogaclasses : Grit, Resilient, and Shine have a complimentary aroma therapy scent for a glorious reset during Savasana, along with a warm rolled towel for neck support. During Winter months we suggest opting in for your feet to be wrapped in warm towels.

I’m personally a fan of slow, intentional movements and focusing on working through emotional, physical, and spiritual obstacles.
A good friend of mine did the class with me and we both commented on the drive home that it was one of, if not the best, yoga classes we have taken.
Truly a studio of inclusivity where anyone walking in the door can find their voice and connection with others.

I am typically not a yoga person… but taking Risha’s classes ALWAYS leave me feeling so much better!!
It is a spiritual practice here if you are looking for a traditional practice.
Risha gives her entire heart to her students, I always leave feeling stronger physically and emotionally!
