It’s become the best part of my day and feels so good to take care of my mental and physical health with such a wonderful and inclusive community.
There’s no competitive feeling to be in certain positions but making each class fit best for your own practice is encouraged which feels rare to find.
Personally, I am inclined towards vinyasa and power vinyasa flows and the classes that are offered here are challenging, yet sequenced intuitively.
