Meditation and exploring your consciousness is a very intimate and personal journey, but Tania and everyone she hosts are amazing at what they do.
Her voice is amazing for a mediation and the instruments that she uses are fantastic!
I just finished yet another truly transformative meditation class through Sacred Space - outdoor at the Tenafly Nature Center - and feel the world needs to know about Tania & her beautiful offerings.
The acoustics in the room allowed for clear, crisp sounds and vibrations that resonated with no interference creating a sense of flow and freedom.
Lovely atmosphere.
The guided meditations with Tania need to be experienced to be understood but there’s no way one can experience this at home.
Great teacher!
I am grateful to have the opportunity to meditate there, and encourage everyone to at least try it out.
