Roots and Wings Yoga Wellness

I found myself awaiting each week the two hours I would get to sit with likeminded souls and work on self-love, finding inner peace and learning how to share this with others.

During my Reiki training and yoga classes with Kim, I've enjoyed a heartfelt connection with her along the way, feeling her support in my personal growth & transformation.

This is an incredibly welcoming environment and the class options are wonderful.

All the teachers are thoughtful and patient with their instructions which makes it perfect for all levels.

The class helped with the tension in my hips, especially during the third trimester, and it goes without saying it helped connect me with my baby.

I’ve actually attended RAW classes in two venues— one being the studio and the other being a “corporate yoga” setting, in which a class is taught over the lunch hour.

I am relatively new to yoga and I appreciate the willingness to adjust to everyone's level.
