There is not a better place to reach your goals and feel empowered! The biggest tip I can give new costumes is to remember that everyone was new once, everyone had to learn the combinations. Every class is different, trainers are diverse and inspiring! Once you go once you will be hooked. Not only will you feel incredible, you will see results FAST! There is no other gym in the country quite like RKB.

Classes run by knowledgeable professionals who push you but also guide and encourage you so you avoid injury.
They have been fantastic teaching and training my down syndrome Non-verbal boy.
Loving my experience here so far!
I have been given all the tools I need to succeed- meal plans, a body scan, how-to videos, emails, texts, Facebook motivation groups, recipes, plenty of class options, an app, in-person training and coaching (Bernie has been awesome).
I have to stop for 4 months due to a surgery and now I am back and they have been very accommodating helping me to ease back to my routines.
Before joining I tried and tried but I later lost interest, but joining Rondeau, I knew I had to commit 3x a weeks so I did.
Positive atmosphere, every workout is different so your results is amazing !
