However, I signed up for the Power Hour class through Mind Body where there is no indication that it's a hot yoga class.
The space is cozy and inviting, it’s hot af and the teachers are top notch.
But it's the practice itself that shines through here: if you like a physical challenge and want a psychological and emotional boost just try it.
