I have always been very athletic and I love to work out, but after having surgery in my late 20's, it took a lot of intention to understand how to move again. I wanted to prevent injuries and not feel tight or pain after every workout. I was introduced to Pilates to help me learn how to move again. I fell in love with the method and started teaching Pilates in 2010. Soon after, I also began training in the Gyrotonic Expansion system ® to encourage freer movement. I love teaching my clients how to reach their full potential and move in ways they never expected. Movement can change your body, confidence, and outlook on life.
