The cold plunge and sauna are nice amenities to this quaint personal gym “where everybody knows your name”.
Doesn’t get packed and there’s a super cool outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and turf section.
I was recently involved in an accident that broke wrists and several ribs and if it were not for my regained leg strength due to Ethan‘s training I would have been a complete bedridden invalid
I have gained strength and look forward to working with Dennis when I return to NSB from my home in Colorado.
My husband and I went to the beach for a long vacation and needed a place to get our training in at.
I particularly love the group classes with Tami and yoga with Taylor and Jules—they're not only challenging but also a lot of fun, they are scheduled at a time that works well for me
They eased me back in to building my strength back up and supported me every step of the way.
Can’t wait for sunny days to workout and tan out there at the same time.
