She is an effective instructor as she carefully and and thoughtfully demonstrates techniques, correcting my technique to ensure I was experiencing the full affects of the routines - and super careful to ensure that I was not in risk of injury.
I love equipment-based Pilates, and Valya's studio is the only one of its kind in the Fredericksburg area.
