Lot of products but no real assistance

I work nearby and have been to Portal a few times to pick up gifts for others (and 1 for myself).

Very warm and welcoming to any, from the most experienced to those just looking to improve themselves.

Awesome selection of stones and the staff are.

Great samples and helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff.

And meeting medium Cheryl and visiting with her was awesome.

I've gone so many times I just love it.

It's such a calming atmosphere you don't even have to buy anything just walk around and take in the energy, it is especially nice at around an hour or maybe two before sunset when the sun hits the store at the perfect angle and it really is just quite magnificent, this place is a must see for everyone in Arlington and really can almost be a reason to stop by, you could make a day out of it with some lovely restaurants downtown or casual with a quick bite at kickstand across the street, can not recommend enough
