I also do private gyrotonic with Shelia, pilates reformer with Melissa, and a 4 person reformer class with Shelia, giving me a well rounded, safe, effective workout schedule.
Staff are extremely well qualified and they have all the latest Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment.
This studio offers many private and group classes ranging from Pilates and yoga to TRX and Kettlebell.
