Since i’ve been working with her, I have seen so many improvements in my physical, mental, and emotional health.
Her studio is a beautiful and serene space where she combines Pilates with concepts of well being, both mentally and physically.
We are already feeling better and actually seeing a difference in our posture, flexibility, and energy.
Historically I had stuck with weight training but adding in Pilates with her has been the perfect addition.
La-Sharon listens to your needs and goals, spots imbalances and weak points, and pushes you to transform; not only physically, but mentally.
8 sessions after, I am able to fit in to a pair of pants that is one size smaller than my regular size, because my hip is contracting or repositioning to where it needs to be.
Now, about 18 sessions into training with La-Sharon, I seldom have any knee pain at all and when I do…icing is enough.
