How old do you have to be to join a class?
Guests 8 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a sponsoring member who is age 18 or older, or another guest who is their parent/legal guardian. The sponsoring member (or adult guest) must remain on-site during the class. A ratio of one adult for every five children under 8 years of age is required.
How do I book a class?
Once you have signed up for a membership and been added to our system, you can signup for class by clicking the Schedule Button and picking a class on our website, or with the application Mindbody.
How do I reschedule or change a class?
If you have booked a class and want to change it, you can go to the Scheduling page and cancel the class. You must cancel at least six 6 hours before your class to receive a full credit. The class will then be added back to your monthly total.
