I have been suffering with high blood pressure for a long time and have tried different workouts to help reduce it with no results. After the initial strategy session with Coach Adam from Own Your Fitness, he explained exactly what the reasons and blind spots are. After the original assessment/diagnosis, he customized exercises and how someone at my level should do them. Thankfully, I am now able to do pushups and lunges and so be consistent with them during the week. He checks in with me regularly and keeps progressing me for my strength training. He also recommends tips on how to slowly improve my nutrition. I was never able to do this before. My blood pressure was low for the first time, and it's only been 3 weeks!
