The addition of the #truthtub Ice + GLOW has been amazing, and I'm so glad it's included in my membership.
They have a beautiful new cold plunge/infrared sauna set up that I haven't tried yet, but looking forward to experiencing.
The studio was absolutely beautiful and the instructor Alyssa taught with so much heart!
The studio is always clean and warm, and there is a great variety in the classes.
She said, info was on site when I signed up, which I navigated in the store, with a team member right in front of her as I asked if I was going to be charged a monthly subscription.
I was nervous to do the ice bath but I’m glad I tried it and am looking forward to doing it again (surprisingly)!
The back door was wide open while snowing out too so a cold draft was creeping in, making it chilly at the start of class.
Huge fan of Ohana Yoga and all they have to offer -- so many class options, amazing teachers, community events, and now an ice bath and sauna experience!
It woke me up for the following two days and allowed me to release ‘stuck’ feelings.
