I am a D1 runner and have had plenty of tough workouts but nothing has kicked my butt like the workout that Michael set up. I was a little timid walking into the gym since I had never been there before but everyone was incredibly welcoming. The energy in the gym was insane, I had never met the people in the class but I felt like I was apart of a close team that wanted to build each other up and see their teammates excel and push themselves.

From the trainers to the members everyone will be welcoming from day one and you can feel the love that they inject into their business.
Visited with a member and they make you feel like a part of the family right away.
I knew it was home the first time I went and I love the diversity of classes, positivity of instructors and staff and sense of community.
The workouts are unique and they mix it up regularly so I never get bored.
