Class Description Join us for a special edition of our monthly class on Stearn's Wharf! We will start with yoga and embodiment. The class will be open to all levels with postures that are accessible to everyone and options for modification or amplification if desired. If you don't feel like doing anything, you'll still benefit from being together in the community and breathing with each other. The class will end with a deep dive into consciousness and physiology through a one-of-a-kind guided breathwork experience. Align your chemistry, optimize your physiology, and tap into your own neuro-pharmacological medicine cabinet. Suggested donation $10-30. Donation is given when you sign up for class. Arrive at 8:30am to relax and connect. Class begins at 9:00am See you on the wharf! Special Instruction Please park off the wharf and enjoy a stroll down the pier.
