
As children body alignment, posture, and balance came naturally to us! We eventually lost our body awareness sitting behind school desks for 12 yearsand then four to eight more years in college. We go to work, raise children, and seldom think about our bodies unless there is pain! The aging process begins and our muscles get tighter and weaker! Our bodies get out of alignment, our posture and balance suffer. Can you imagine how your car would ride if it was not aligned properly? It would start to break down and it would be a bumpy ride! Our bodies are out most important asset we own, so keeping it aligned is mandatory! This workshop will teach proven skills and specific gentle exercises to realign your body for better posture and balance helping you to stay active and healthy!
