I would highly recommend Manna’s to anyone looking to improve themselves both mentally and physically!
Our family has been at Mannas Martial arts for 12 years.
Their children’s programs, martial arts classes + after school & camp activities, are WONDERFUL programs that teach discipline, responsibility, balance, etc.
IMHO, martial art training is the secondary benefit of enrolling your child.
I'm grateful that Master Manna and his amazing team of instructor black belts was able to teach me about my full potential.
Senior Master Janet Manna (aka Ma'am) is wonderful with her classes (she is capable of keeping my three year old son's attention while exercising his mind and body, that says A LOT), Senior Master Brandt does an amazing job with the young adults and adult classes, and Grand Master Manna is second to none when it comes to educating and mentoring his students spanning all levels.
