My wife and I did a cooking class (Crab Boil) in the greenhouse and had an amazing time.
The thing that I thought was most impressive was that most of the dishes I was served were creative alternatives to the standard menu.
A perfect night, beautiful setting, great food, excellent instructions on how to make sushi and our hosts are just nice and down to earth people.
Learned some tips and had a fun time making some new dishes!
Their accommodations are well suited for a small intimate class experience.
We even got to purchase free range eggs and homemade spices to take home.
