All our classes and sessions are guided by our team of highly qualified and friendly yoga instructors. While we specialize in vinyasa, we also offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Rocket, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing . Our instructors also speak Spanish for your convenience. We also offer private classes for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.

FY Iy You may get lost when trying to find it because the entrance is in the back so be aware.

This is a no judgment , no ego studio weather you are a pro MMA fighter to an out of shape school teacher like myself everyone is treated fairly and with respect .
