Kanna has been the most effective and enjoyable fitness regimen I have ever experienced. The constantly changing mix of cardio and weightlifting exercises makes every session fun and challenging. The entire community is welcoming and supportive. No matter what fitness level you start at, the coaches will help you scale the exercises to help you improve. Give it a try!
