I stumbled across JC as a personal trainer on a random website. I've also had the opportunity to work with another great trainer (Clarke). Did I ever get lucky! I was just looking to get back in shape in a gym without an “audience”. Through one on one sessions, I have been pushed yet encouraged to improve at each activity I've been given (cardio, boxing, free weights, etc). JC always smiles but knows his stuff and helps you meet your goals. Couldn't ask for a better place if you're focused on improving your health and fitness! Learning to box is icing on the cake as I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
