After years of being rendered handicapped due to a severe stroke he suffered in October of 1993 when he was just 17 years old, Jay started self- rehabilitation in 2006. By this time, he had ballooned up to the weight of 240 pounds plus. This was tough but he was determined to overcome his disabilities and the excess weight. In the process, he fell in love with fitness and quickly realized that he had the ability to motivate others in his quest for fitness.
