I have been going to IYDC for years - the teachers here are highly trained, supportive of all types of bodies, and the community the studio fosters is welcoming and wonderful!

Super adaptive to any bodies, any injuries, any stage of life- while also challenging us to grow as people and in our practice.

If you have tried yoga at your gym and find it lacking purpose or direction, this practice is for you.

It's also worth mentioning, that this is the first practice type and studio that's helped me stick with a fitness practice--I have been going for over a year.

I popped in for a special day after thanksgiving class—I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the instructor and their ability to support a large class of students and meet them at their different skill-levels.

I am from Lansing MI and I always make an effort to attend a session when I'm in the area it helps me a great deal with my disability the staff are knowledgable, experienced, friendly and eager to help.

All the teachers are very informative and extremely helpful.
