Sentiment Analysis
Great place to train Jiu Jitsu.
I have found the staff to be incredibly welcoming, very focused on technique and the more experienced grapplers are very patient and accommodating while you learn.
As a female I wanted a gym that actually teaches me fighting skills and offers sparring but does so in a safe manner with sensible pairing of sparring partners and coaches who are willing to call out aggressive behavior and jump in if/when they see it.
I tried a few BJJ gyms in the area before becoming a member at Iron Hide, and it was an easy decision for me.
Great coaches, tough fighters, and an all around fantastic experience that can turn even the weakest of nerds into the most savage of beasts.
Been training here for over four years, basically family.
They are epic people
Great space to work out in, knowledgeable trainers who are quite helpful.
All the guys I've rolled with have been real cool about letting me work but also letting me understand how much more there is to know.
As a female BJJ practitioner you can get mixed reactions by this mostly male dominated sport, but everyone here was encouraging, welcoming and eager to spar with me.
