I’ve had back issues most of my adult life, and coming out of Covid had very painful back issues; Tracie has been helping me figure out what builds my core and how to maintain it for every day normal activities, at the same time keeping it fun each week.
Tracie is incredibly warm, intuitive, and knowledgable, and she's very responsive to your body's needs in each session.
