Chris discovered Pilates in 2015 and found herself an unexpected Pilates-lover. Her workout routine of weight training and cardio left her feeling “in shape”, but also with consistent aches and pains including a broken foot, torn ligaments and a bulging disc. In 2015 while living in Denver, Colorado, Chris had the opportunity to practice Pilates regularly. This is when she learned to move better and understand her body's nuances. Through Pilates she was able to heal her body, correct movements and is now pain free. She continues to enhance her knowledge by attending workshops and classes.
