I have some arthritis and old injuries that have flared in the past when I have tried to work out, and Declan has been so skilled in making sure I we are making progress without exacerbating those.
During this time, he taught me about nutrition and healthy eating habits, helped me set realistic goals, and showed me how to work out effectively without exacerbating my existing back problems.
The folks at Happy Human are fantastic - not only is my trainer wonderful, insightful, and great at coming up with workouts for my needs, but the billing folks are responsive, incredibly helpful, and communicative.
