Great family friendly place to learn jiu jitsu and get a good work out!
Very welcoming people, instructor did a fantastic job at breaking down the movements.
Though I didn't get the chance to meet the head instructor or owner (it was unclear to me if it was the same guy), the black belt they had there instructing was as legit as it gets.
Came here for a BMT seminar had a great time, everyone was professional and brilliant atmosphere to train in.
It does not matter if you are 18 or 45, this is a a great place to learn.
Hagerstown Brazilian jiu jitsu is very good, all of the instructors are nice.
