I've been attending grappling zone for close to 2 years now. I cannot recommend this gym enough to anyone wanting something “different. ” I never had any martial art experience prior to this and I had grown tired of going to the gym and lifting the same weights. Coming here has had a dramatic impact in my physical and professional life. Not only have I become healthier, but it has also given me a confidence that cannot be bought only earned. The Wadley's are fantastic business owners and are more than accommodating to each of us. Professor Wadley's knowledge of the art is impeccable and fully embraces jiujitsu. This is the place you want to learn from!

I’ve been here for a few years and I can say they are family oriented.
I would like to say how amazing this program and the dedication the employees have for the kids here 😇as well for the summer program it is a most excellent thing for them to show them structure,positive methods,self defense.
I took some jiu jitsu classes and the instructors motivate and support you the whole time.
Not only do they teach skills, they instill life lessons in the kids that they teach.
There are different reasons people train BJJ, but whether for health, sport, or self-defense the coaches at Grappling Zone will guide you in the development of both yourself and your Jiu-Jitsu.
Our boys have been so happy and love all the different activities they have got to take part in!
